What challenges life brings us! Just as they set off on their cruising adventure, John discovers he has diabetes. A prolific writer, John describes his adventures with the boat and the challenges of diabetes. Undaunted, they have logged many miles in the last two years and they are currently cruising in Mexico. A surprising outcome, Nancy has risen to the challenge. Not only does she the usual first mate's responsibilities, she also has served as captain of the ship when John is unable.
