Radio Schedule
(Updated January 10, 2004)
These radio nets allow us to communicate with the outside world, help us keep up with events around the world and supply cruisers with valuable information on services and products available in remote areas. We can be reached most of time through these nets--cruisers usually know who and where we are or at least how to find us. The items in bold print are our normal "haunts". The "Ham" nets are for licensed amateur radio operators and do not allow commercial traffic for profit. However, the SSB (Single Side Band) nets are open to anyone and available for whatever kind of traffic people need.
On the Marine SSB nets, we are known as Les and Diane on sailing vessel, Gemini, WCV7292.
On the HAM nets, Diane is KF6YFA and Les is KF6YDU.
